  • Monitoring the critical health status of devices and applications
  • Remotely diagnosing problems before they occur
  • Immediate resolution of the problem (Tier 2 +)
  • Monthly Network Health reports

Basic – This is our basic, non-monitored solution that provides manual proactive services. This program is designed for smaller, server based clients who value their critical business systems and need to ensure proactive monthly maintenance is being completed. This will confirm items such as backup, updates, patches, UPS health, warranty expiration, Windows Event Log items, and more are all being verified each month to safeguard the integrity of your network. This program starts at $100.00 per month.

Tier 1 – This is our entry level program, designed to monitor and report on the critical health status of our clients’ key network devices and applications, such as email, application or file server, or their internet connection. The Voda Care 2.0 Tier 1 program is our reactive services solution; and although it does not promise to reduce the number of downtime occurrences that our clients currently experience, it does serve to dramatically reduce the time from a network failure to overall issue resolution, resulting in increased employee productivity and cost savings. This program starts at $299.00 per month.

Tier 2 – This is our proactive, managed services program designed to predict and prevent network failures through a combination of two important activities; Comprehensive, higher-quality monitoring and alerting. A series of monthly, preventative maintenance tasks focused on supporting critical network devices. Through the combination of both the comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance activities, this Voda Care 2.0 Program will reduce the business impact of IT failure by minimizing both the occurrences of IT failure and the duration of any remaining IT failures, thus resulting in a highly reliable and stable customer network. The Voda Care 2.0 Tier 2 program starts at $550.00 per month.

Tier 3 – This program is our high end, proactive program that provides all of the value of the Tier 2 program, with added emphasis on proactive remote and onsite maintenance as well as added levels of network and end user support hours. We increase our levels of proactive support on your servers, workstations, printers, and related devices. Other value added features of the Voda Care 2.0 Tier 3 program include Desktop Monitoring and Maintenance, Security Services, increased priority response to service requests, and more. The Voda Care 2.0 program starts at $850.00 per month and increases mainly dependant on the number of critical devices to be maintained and the amount of remote and onsite hours agreed upon each month to facilitate network and end user support.
