PROGRAM LEVELS

The VODA Care 2.0 Managed Services programs will reduce downtime by dramatically shortening the time from failure to resolution. At VODA Computer Systems we monitor the availability of your critical services through our VODA Care 2.0 system and at the first sign of trouble immediately inform you of the issue (Tier 1), or our technicians will automatically begin the remediation process (Tier 2 +) – you’ll never know there was a failure!

  • Monitoring the critical health status of devices and applications
  • Remotely diagnosing problems before they occur
  • Immediate resolution of the problem (Elite)
  • Monthly Network Health reports

Basic –Basic – This is our basic, non-monitored solution that provides manual proactive services. This program is designed for smaller, server based clients who value their critical business systems and need to ensure proactive monthly maintenance is being completed. This will confirm items such as backup, updates, patches, UPS health, warranty expiration, Windows Event Log items, and more are all being verified each month to safeguard the integrity of your network. This program starts at $100.00 per month.

Elite – This is our proactive, managed services program designed to predict and prevent network failures through a combination of two important activities; Comprehensive, higher-quality monitoring and alerting. A series of monthly, preventative maintenance tasks focused on supporting critical network devices. Through the combination of both the comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance activities, this Voda Care 2.0 Program will reduce the
business impact of IT failure by minimizing both the occurrences of IT failure and the duration of any remaining IT failures, thus resulting in a highly reliable and stable customer network. We add value with an emphasis on proactive remote and onsite maintenance as well as added levels of network and end user support hours. Other value added features of the Voda Care 2.0 Elite program include Desktop Monitoring and Maintenance, Security Services, and more. The Voda Care 2.0 Elite program starts at $300.00 per month and increases mainly dependant on the number of critical devices to be maintained and the amount of remote and onsite hours agreed upon each month to facilitate network and end user support.
