Network Maintenance Solutions
The Network Service Program consists of three components.
They are Scheduled Maintenance, 24/7 On Call Support and Network Monitoring.
Scheduled Maintenance
Network Administration and user support services, performed by a Certified Specialist, includes adding new network users, deleting users, password changes, adding or deleting printers or other network devices, installing and configuring new application software, inventory management and hardware / software asset management, server configuration and testing, network operating system installation & updates, installation and configuration of routers, hubs, switches and other functions generally performed by a System Engineer.
Services may also include user support or HelpDesk services addressing user questions, error and problem resolution, and application software support at the desktop level. The System Engineer support will also include installation of PC and network systems, equipment configuration, application software installation, equipment moving and relocation within said office space.
On Call Support Contract
VODA Computer Systems will provide high end computer services with a On Call Support contract.
On Call Support is a type of insurance policy for the small business customer. Voda can keep your network running at maximum efficiency by utilizing remote and onsite scheduled maintenance. The maintenance services will handle the majority of support issues, but the small business customer still needs to have a solution to cover the emergency or time sensitive System Engineering service requirements for their business.
VODA will meet these needs by providing the customer with a On Call Support contract to suite their needs whether it be evening, weekend or 24/7 support, Voda can implement a contract for your business.
