Acquisition of Jenix Networks Ltd

Grand Forks, BC, January 7, 2003 - Voda Computer Systems Ltd. which has store locations in Kamloops, Kelowna and Penticton, is announcing that it has acquired Jenix Networks Ltd. of Grand Forks. This move comes as a result of present and future expansion into other markets within British Columbia.

VODA Computer Systems will continue to provide exceptional customer service, which has made Jenix successful in the Grand Forks region. The Company’s President and CEO Andrew Watson is quoted as saying “We want to take all the positive factors which made VODA a success in the Thompson/Okanagan and apply them in new markets around British Columbia." This strategy will ensure that VODA Computer Systems' focus will remain on providing complete hardware and software solutions to each client.

Over the next few months, VODA will focus on building new partnerships within new market places as well as, informing the public and existing clients on changes within the organization. Mark Zienowicz, Chief Company Secretary and co-owner of Voda Computer Systems would to like to assure their clients that "Everything is going to remain the same. We still have the same staff, same location and same excellent service, we are only getting larger"

The shift from Jenix, which served the Grand Forks region for many years, to VODA Computer Systems, is primarily initiated by the fact that VODA offers complete computer solutions to the whole range of clients. “The primary benefit to the acquisition is that we will be able to offer all the services of a large computer company in a fairly remote region of British Columbia while retaining all the personalized service.”
