Our team is looking for a Service Coordinator to enhance our entire service department. This position is ideally suited for a highly motivated individual who will ensure complete customer satisfaction from our service team.  You will schedule and manage technician calls, respond to customer inquiries ensuring all requests are handled in an effective, efficient, professional manner.  This position will be based in our Kamloops office, reporting to the Vice President of Services.

As the ideal candidate you will meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant IT or call center experience
  • Diploma in Computer Information Systems or related education as asset
  • Experience with small business IT systems
  • Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Email and Internet)
  • CompTIA A+ an asset
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
  • Professional and mature with the ability to quickly develop quality customer relationships.
  • General understanding of servicing agreements with clients and the importance of responding within a set time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
