Acquisition of Business World Computer Centre

Kamloops, BC, April 15, 2003 - VODA Computer Systems Ltd. which has locations in Kamloops, Kelowna, Grand Forks and Penticton, is announcing that it has acquired Business World Computer Centre Inc. of Kamloops. This move comes as a result of present expansion into hi tech markets which require a more complete solution provider. The acquisition of Business World complements VODA’s corporate vision and philosophy ensuring that the two companies will greatly benefit from the merger of individual talent and business experience.

VODA Computer Systems will continue to provide exceptional customer service, which has made Business World successful in the Kamloops region. The Company’s President and CEO Andrew Watson is quoted as saying “We want to take all the positive factors which made VODA a success in Thompson / Okanagan and combine them with all the successful tactics utilized by Business World in order to derive at a single, powerful business solution strategy."

Over the next few months, VODA will focus on building upon the existing partnerships solidified by Business World’s exceptional service, as well as, informing the public and existing clients on changes within the organization.
